Training, not treatment
Retrain the patterns behind your results

Your business is built on your patterns, and so is its ceiling. That ceiling doesn't come from what you know or how hard you work, but from the automated rules that decide what you notice, how you price, and which options appear to you as options at all.

The year you did everything right
You are not stuck for lack of information
You know your craft and you know marketing. You have paid for premium programmes and masterminds, and twenty minutes into each one you realised you already knew every framework in it.
And still you keep running into the same ceiling. Your revenue stops at the number you can produce with your own hands. Your price hasn't moved in years, and it still feels fair to you. You kept a client you promised yourself you'd let go, for another year. There's a product you've been talking about for two years. And you keep preparing far more than you ever actually put out.
Each of these looks like a separate situation. In reality it's one mechanism.
If this sounds familiar
- 01
“I'm doing everything by the book, and I'm still not where I want to be.”
- 02
“Twenty minutes into that mastermind, I realised I already knew all of it.”
- 03
“I need to be 100% certain before I act, so I keep preparing instead of launching.”
- 04
“I know the marketing and the craft, and somehow I still run into an invisible ceiling.”
You don't lack knowledge, discipline or motivation. All four of these sentences come from the same automated rule, and it runs before you start thinking.
The mechanism
A pattern decides what you can see
A pattern is an unconscious rule. It formed in childhood as the best solution available in that environment, and it has kept running ever since. You don't see it, because you see everything else through it. It isn't a belief, so you can't argue it away. It works before thinking even starts.
It decides what you notice, what you consider normal, what you want and how you make decisions. That's why the set of options you see is much narrower than you think. Raising your price, handing something over or launching before it feels finished aren't decisions you make slowly. They simply aren't among the options your mind offers you.
Everything strong about you was built by the same rule: your standards, your resilience, your ability to read a situation. The gift and the ceiling are the same thing. Rewiring removes the paralysis, not the competence.

Rewiring is not understanding something and then remembering to act differently.
I don't train you to catch yourself in the moment and correct it. I train new automations, new natural connections in how you function. After the training, you react differently in a real situation before you even notice, because the old reaction has stopped making sense to you. It doesn't depend on willpower, discipline or reminders.
How to work with me
Start with the diagnosis
Pattern Audit
Two hours one to one, with preparation beforehand and a written analysis afterwards. I name the mechanism: what triggers it, how it repeats and where it enters your pricing, your client relationships and your decisions.
How the audit works→CCNR AI
Specialised AI assistants that guide you through structured sessions built on CCNRmethod, so you can train your mind on your own. I'm building it now.
About CCNR AI→1:1
Personal work with me. It isn't an open offer and my capacity is limited. If you're seriously interested, get in touch.

What changes when the mechanism stops running
Messages and interviews from clients of the method, translated from Czech and Slovak and published with their permission. The business results sit alongside the inner shift because they come from the same place.
"I raised my price and demand went up, not down. I delegated for the first time and stopped reacting to an operational crisis as a threat. Nobody gave me a single piece of business advice."
"After the rewrite it felt like a huge amount of memory had been freed up in the background of a processor. The draining situations simply don't happen any more. I don't have to control my reactions; I react differently, automatically."
"The first time I handled the situation slightly differently. The second time a little more, the third time more again, and by the tenth the new reaction came by itself."
"Before, recovering from a setback like that would have cost me a whole day. Now it takes two hours. That is a big difference."
"I act differently. The old internal alarms don't go off as intensely or as often. I don't force myself into anything, the new reaction works on its own. Sometimes I'm even surprised that after years of turning the same problem over, a completely different and calm reaction shows up for the first time in my life."
"I was asked precise questions that shaped the pattern into something I could understand and name. Every question aimed exactly where it needed to, and the session held its structure the whole time."
"I do much less pushing and promoting than before. And paradoxically, enquiries from clients come more often, in bigger numbers and much warmer."
"I already see a new perspective, which is incredibly encouraging. Thinking inside this new framework is demanding at first, a bit like learning a new language intensively."
"I knew I kept going round in the same loops, but it never even occurred to me to go this deep and look for the real cause. It widened my view far more than I expected."
"The work had a clear structure, and I had the feeling that the change was in my own hands."
"When I was shown a sentence I had said months earlier, that I look in the mirror and think nobody would want me, I just asked, 'Did I really say that?' That sentence wasn't mine any more."
"I don't have to control my reactions any more. I simply react differently, automatically."
"The pattern shows up as a reaction that lasts a microsecond. If nobody points it out to you, you walk straight past it."
"I'm learning to look at the world from a different angle, instead of just 'everything is falling apart because of me'."

For those who already understand their pattern and still react the old way when it counts.
The Pattern Audit is where we start. Two hours with preparation, and you leave with the mechanism named. What you've seen as a series of unrelated situations turns out to be one thing. I take a limited number of audits each month and I read every application myself.
